Breast (Lottie)
1. To discuss gynaecomastia and pre-referral blood tests for men with a breast lump
2. To review the management of mastalgia
3. To discuss some common A&G queries

Vascular (Richard)
o To review the assessment and management of peripheral artery disease
o To review the assessment of venous ulceration
o To identify red flag symptoms and how to refer

Dermatology (Alex)
o To review the 2WW referral criteria for dermatology.
o To discuss using A&G and/or cinapsis to get an early opinion on borderline lesions and basal cell carcinomas

Miss Charlotte Kallaway
Consultant Onco-plastic Breast Surgeon

I am one of 7 consultant breast surgeons at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust with a specialist interest in oncoplastics.
I undertook registrar training in the Severn deanery and achieved my CCT in April 2020. I then went on to do a fellowship in oncoplastic breast surgery at Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey before being appointed as a substantive consultant in November 2021.

Mr Richard Wilson
Consultant Vascular Surgeon

Mr Wilson’s initial surgical training in Nottingham was followed by two years of complex endovascular surgery in Newcastle (UK) and Adelaide (Australia). He has been a Consultant since 2011 and his NHS work is at Cheltenham General, Gloucester Royal and Tetbury Hospitals.

His areas of expertise include:
Varicose veins, venous disease, thread veins.
Clinic based “walk-in-walk-out” endovenous treatment including radiofrequency, laser, sclerotherapy.
Aortic aneurysms, aortic surgery, endovascular (EVAR) surgery.
Stroke prevention, carotid artery surgery and endarterectomy.
Peripheral vascular disease, leg and arm pain and swelling, angioplasty and leg bypass.
Hernia surgery, open inguinal hernia, open femoral hernia and open umbilical hernia.

Associate Specialist in Dermatology

Dr Owen is an Associate Specialist in Dermatology at GRH. He was previously a GP Partner and GPwSI in Cheltenham for 15 years, as well as being a tutor for the Diploma in Dermatology in Cardiff
