We are now able to offer 1:1 educational development tutorials

It is up to the individual GP to set the agenda for the tutorial: this will be done through email contact prior to the meeting. However, areas that might be included are:

Means of identifying and prioritising your learning needs and wants.
A consideration of which ways of recording your learning are useful to you personally. We can also devise 'personalised' templates together, if this is helpful.
A reflection on your learning style preferences, and how to capitalise on these.
Strategies for getting the most out of a learning experience.
Reflecting on learning: ways you might do this, and how it might enhance your learning.
A review of your PLP, if you currently have one.
Preparation for appraisal: -
putting together a portfolio - completing form 3 -
getting the most from the appraisal process
Support in meeting your learning needs.
Ways of finding and selecting appropriate learning opportunities.

We expect these to last about an hour, and we charge £50 pounds to non GGPET members and £20 pounds to GGPET members Please contact
