Point of contact for any doctor requiring career advice with regard to General Practice.

GP Trainer and Course Organiser for Glos GP VTS.

Works with CO colleagues developing and delivering residential 2 day course on a number of core skill areas for GPs. (communication skills, team working, stress management, management of change.)
Involved in the construction of the GP registrar's half-day release course, with particular interest in small group experiential learning and the use of the humanities in learning Acts as a link between the Course organisers and the Gloucester trainer's workshop.

Personal feedback on GPs' Personal Learning Plans

Advice on preparing for Appraisal

Promotes and encourages self-directed learning groups

I am the newest addition to the educational team in Gloucester and have responsibility for support and annual visit of the Retainer Scheme Doctors. I have particular interest in teaching and small group experiential learning with all levels of the VTS half day release.
